摘 要:在简要介绍了九换向单元新直流电动机(New DCM)工作原理的基础上,建立了九换向单元New DCM的数学模型和基于simulink的仿真模型,对电机的机械特性和换向单元电流进行了仿真分析,实验结果验证了仿真模型的正确性。通过对换向单元电流波形的分析,指出了电子换向器的结构对New DCM换向过程的影响,为深入研究New DCM提供了基础。 关键词:换向单元;电子换向;新直流电动机;simulink
Abstract: This paper briefly introduced the system structure and working principle of 9 commutation-unit New DCM. The mathematical model and the simulation model based on Simulink of the New DCM were established,the mechanical properties and commutation-unit current of the motor were analyzed, and the experimental results verified the correctness of the simulation model. Through the analysis of the commutation-unit current waveform, pointed out that the electronic commutator’s structure on the influence of the New DCM commutation process.
